Debbie Lynch, the heart and soul behind Salon 3:16! With a career that has spanned a position as Chief Deputy Recorder/Auditor, Realtor, Banker, and Cosmetologist/Salon Owner, Debbie's greatest joy is in helping others. Debbie knows that a bright smile can make someone's day.  So she loves to share hers with everyone!  She finds herself light up around kids of any age. She tries to eat healthy and has the workout bug.   After years of helping families find their dream homes and guiding clients through major financial decisions, Debbie has brought her expertise in customer service and her love for making people feel their best to the salon world. Her background in sales and leadership has earned her top awards and recognition, but what truly drives her is building genuine relationships and creating a welcoming space where everyone feels valued.

At Salon 3:16, Debbie believes that kindness, love, and attention to detail make all the difference. Whether you’re in for a quick refresh or a full transformation, she wants every client to leave feeling confident and cared for. Her role in the beauty industry is more than just a career —it's a commitment to helping others look and feel their best, inside and out. 

A licensed cosmetologist in both Nevada and California, Debbie brings the same dedication and excellence that made her a standout in real estate and banking to every client she serves. Her salon is not just about beauty; it’s about an experience rooted in warmth, professionalism, and personal connection. Debbie loves doing Men, Women’s and kids haircuts.  Short and long layering are her absolute favorites, as well as bob's, A lines, and short cuts.  Lived in color, highlights and even perms!  

Samantha is passionate about making all her clients' hair dreams come true! She stays up to date with the latest trends and offers a wide variety of services, specializing in bright blondes, shiny-rich brunettes, lived-in colors, sunkissed balayages, healthy hair, and all the trendy seasonal shades.

As an MBA graduate and licensed cosmetologist, she has experience in both the corporate and salon worlds—combining her skills to provide top-tier consultations and services that leave clients feeling confident and beautiful from the inside out.

When she's not at the salon, Samantha enjoys spending time with her dog and boyfriend, exploring the outdoors, sipping coffee with a good book, or diving into true crime shows

Heather is a graduate of the Nail Technology program at Redken International Academy of Style, where she also earned her Advanced Nail Art Certification. She specializes in gel manicures and pedicures, as well as hand-painted nail art.

Always eager to learn, Heather stays up to date on the latest trends and techniques as they emerge. She’s thrilled to begin her journey at Salon 3:16 and is excited to see where this new chapter takes her!
