Debbie Lynch, the heart and soul behind Salon 3:16! With a career that has spanned a position as Chief Deputy Recorder/Auditor, Realtor, Banker, and Cosmetologist/Salon Owner, Debbie's greatest joy is in helping others. Debbie knows that a bright smile can make someone's day.  So she loves to share hers with everyone!  She finds herself light up around kids of any age. She tries to eat healthy and has the workout bug.   After years of helping families find their dream homes and guiding clients through major financial decisions, Debbie has brought her expertise in customer service and her love for making people feel their best to the salon world. Her background in sales and leadership has earned her top awards and recognition, but what truly drives her is building genuine relationships and creating a welcoming space where everyone feels valued.

At Salon 3:16, Debbie believes that kindness, love, and attention to detail make all the difference. Whether you’re in for a quick refresh or a full transformation, she wants every client to leave feeling confident and cared for. Her role in the beauty industry is more than just a career —it's a commitment to helping others look and feel their best, inside and out. 

A licensed cosmetologist in both Nevada and California, Debbie brings the same dedication and excellence that made her a standout in real estate and banking to every client she serves. Her salon is not just about beauty; it’s about an experience rooted in warmth, professionalism, and personal connection. Debbie loves doing Men, Women’s and kids haircuts.  Short and long layering are her absolute favorites, as well as bob's, A lines, and short cuts.  Lived in color, highlights and even perms!  

Born and raised in the Biggest Little City, Breezy Eaton has been bringing hair dreams to life for the past four years. Specializing in extensions, color, lightening services, vivid transformations, and haircuts for the whole family, she is passionate about helping clients express their unique style—whether that means going brighter, bolder, or simply refreshing their look.

When she’s not behind the chair, Breezy can often be found cruising around Reno on her One-wheel, soaking up the sunshine, or enjoying a magical trip to Disneyland—her favorite place to recharge and find inspiration. With an eye for creativity and a love for making people feel their best, Breezy is dedicated to delivering fun, vibrant, and personalized hair experiences.

For over 34 years, Jen Booth has been dedicated to the art of hair design, bringing creativity, skill, and passion to every client she serves. From precision haircuts for men and women to vibrant color transformations, razor cuts, and extensions, she specializes in crafting looks that enhance confidence and showcase individuality.

Jen truly believes she was born to do hair, and her love for the industry shines through in every appointment. Her warm personality, attention to detail, and commitment to excellence make each visit an experience, not just a service. With an unwavering passion for her craft, Jen is devoted to helping her clients look and feel their absolute best—today, tomorrow, and for years to come.

Her motto? She’ll be doing hair with a smile on her face for as long as she lives!

With a career spanning nearly twenty years, Mandy is a highly experienced hairstylist and colorist, offering expert services in women's and men's haircuts and color. Her expertise lies in creating natural-looking, and professional hair color, using various balayage and highlighting techniques. Furthermore, Mandy has honed her skills in formulating color for complete grey coverage. 

As a busy mom of two, Mandy is well aware of the importance of creating beautiful, professional hair color that can be low maintenance and easy to maintain. Mandy’s objective is to provide each client with a positive experience, making them feel their best upon leaving the salon.

With over 35 years in the beauty industry, Michelle Motarjemi is a highly skilled stylist specializing in precision cuts, color, and highlights for women, men, and children. As a former owner of Heritage Salon in Reno for over 16 years, she built a loyal following through her dedication to excellence and personalized service.

Originally from Iran, Michelle has called the U.S. home for over three decades, bringing a global perspective and a deep passion for her craft. After closing her salon during the COVID era, she transitioned to working in her own studio, where she continues to create stunning transformations and lasting relationships with her clients. Her expertise, warm personality, and commitment to exceptional hair artistry make every visit a truly customized experience.

Samantha is passionate about making all her clients' hair dreams come true! She stays up to date with the latest trends and offers a wide variety of services, specializing in bright blondes, shiny-rich brunettes, lived-in colors, sunkissed balayages, healthy hair, and all the trendy seasonal shades.

As an MBA graduate and licensed cosmetologist, she has experience in both the corporate and salon worlds—combining her skills to provide top-tier consultations and services that leave clients feeling confident and beautiful from the inside out.

When she's not at the salon, Samantha enjoys spending time with her dog and boyfriend, exploring the outdoors, sipping coffee with a good book, or diving into true crime shows.

Anais has had a passion for the beauty industry—especially hair—her entire life. She was the go-to girl in her family for all special events, which made attending cosmetology school feel like a natural step and truly fulfilled her passion for hair.

She loves making women and girls feel beautiful. Her goal is to give each client the most fun and relaxing experience in her chair, with the ultimate reward of seeing them smile in the mirror, knowing how beautiful they look.

While she works in all areas of the hair industry, her true love is color. She specializes in vivids, brunettes, and blondes—a bit of everything!

When she’s not working, she loves spending time with her high school sweetheart and family. They’re always exploring and learning something new together. She also enjoys meeting new people and making new friends—something this industry allows her to do every day, and she’s incredibly grateful for it.

After graduating from beauty school, Brad began his career working for the renowned Joseph Magnus Magnan in San Francisco. He later honed his skills in Lafayette, California, before taking his talents to England in the early 1980s, where he worked for two years. Upon returning to the U.S., he continued his career in Walnut Creek before settling in Reno, Nevada.

Brad trained extensively at Vidal Sassoon, mastering both haircutting and color techniques, including classic highlights. His approach is rooted in precision and timeless style, ensuring every client leaves his chair feeling confident and refreshed. 

More than just a stylist, Brad takes pride in creating a welcoming, conversational atmosphere where clients feel comfortable sharing their life experiences while receiving top-tier hair care.

I’m excited to bring the elegant Russian-style manicure and pedicure to Reno at Salon 3:16, where I’m proud to work with an amazing team. My goal is to not only give you beautiful nails but also to focus on their long-term health—because healthy nails are just as important as stylish ones!

Heather is a graduate of the Nail Technology program at Redken International Academy of Style, where she also earned her Advanced Nail Art Certification. She specializes in gel manicures and pedicures, as well as hand-painted nail art.

Always eager to learn, Heather stays up to date on the latest trends and techniques as they emerge. She’s thrilled to begin her journey at Salon 3:16 and is excited to see where this new chapter takes her!

CeAnna loves helping people feel confident and beautiful in their own skin. She specializes in custom facials that refresh and rejuvenate, always tailoring each treatment to fit exactly what your skin needs.

She also offers expertly crafted lash extensions designed to complement the shape and style of each client’s eyes, aiming to enhance natural beauty while ensuring a comfortable and relaxing experience. In addition, CeAnna provides waxing services for smooth, flawless skin, as well as lash lifts that give lashes a beautiful curl without the need for extensions. Brow lamination is another specialty of hers, giving brows a polished, full look that frames the face perfectly.
