Our History
Founded in October 2024 by Reno local Debbie Lynch, Salon 3:16 is built on a passion for beauty and a commitment to transformation. After a successful career in real estate, Debbie pursued her dream by attending beauty school at Redken International Academy of Style. Embracing a new chapter in the beauty industry, Debbie discovered the Nova Salon location, where she saw the perfect opportunity to bring her vision to life. Salon 3:16 now stands as a welcoming space where creativity, expertise, and community come together.
